The inaugural Tamborine Mountain Winter Fayre will feature a huge range of Cooking and Wine Appreciation Master Classes presented by leading chefs and Wine Makers. Using a range of multimedia, we will explore cuisines, techniques and produce from local, national and international providores. The beating heart of the weekend will see Guests sample their way through an Epicurean Adventure, a market place alive with produce designed to delight the senses.
Throughout the weekend a range of sumptuous, expertly hosted dining experiences will tantalise your palates. Other events across the mountain will ensure that anyone dropping by on the weekend can enjoy a taste of Tamborine, whether enjoying the view at a lookout, picnicking in the vines or exploring gardens and rainforest.
Perfectly timed at the start of winter to highlight our most beautiful season, we will showcase the most popular time of year to visit and celebrate all that is loved about our region.
